When we purchase a property, we make sure to create a safe, fresh, new environment, before we even consider renting it out. We essentially start from scratch and replace everything and anything that needs it!

Most importantly, we know what it’s like to rent a house when things aren’t so good, like an issue with the central heating or the shower not working. We can relate to how hard it can be to make sure the home we live in is safe, sound and affordable.
