We’ve rented houses for ourselves in the past, and we understand what it means to have a bad landlord, as well as what it's like to have a Great landlord.
Great Private landlords are part of the housing shortage solution, whether public opinions like it, or not.
We acknowledge a very small number of these “bad landlords” fail their tenants, which doesn't help the popularity of LL's in general.
We have years of experience in property and we love what we do.
We’re from Hull and love the area. (well, actually that's not totally true, Mark is a Southerner but we shouldn't hold that against him).
We are normal folk who genuinely want to help other people.
